THE PROJECT BRIEF
The brief for this project was to design Grayline Rome’s website, focusing more on improving booking conversion and create a unified CMS experience for tour details tour operators and customers.

THE OUTCOME
Researching more about the problem space and identified both B2B and B2C pain points to establish a clear baseline for user needs and deliverables. I led a wide exploration of design solutions, refining them through close collaboration with stakeholders, product, copywriting, and engineering. Working in fast-paced cycles, we designed, shipped, and iterated on features to rapidly learn on our design success metrics.
Unfortunately, this project ended midway due to COVID-19.
